Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your camera system.
Package Your Device
Carefully pack the camera, mounting brackets, and accessories in the original box with all protective foam to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
